Lighting the way for others

With a strong belief in giving back to society, philanthropist Mr Suresh Rathod & Mr Karan Mutha donates to various social causes, both personally and professionally. Our Charitable Trust offers social, medical, and educational assistance to those in need. The ‘no profit, no loss’ Acharya Shri Tulsi Blood Bank is recognised as one of the top three blood banks in India for its excellent equipment, infrastructure, and care. The Our Charitable Trust proudly operates the ‘Shree Gangabai Khivraj Kanya Mahavidyalaya’ in Taluka Shirol, self-funding its endeavours. Since 1995, the school has educated over 4000 girls from 52 villages. Additionally, the Trust is establishing an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Jaysingpur by providing medical supplies. Mr Rathod’s philanthropic spirit has influenced the entire organisation.

Contribution to society

At NICE EXIM INTERNATIONAL SERVICES, leading with compassion, we’ve become a beacon of hope in our region. Our initiatives, guided by the philanthropic spirit of Mr Suresh Rathod & Mr Karan Mutha, have touched more than 500 villages in Maharashtra, lighting up smiles and making life better for them. Social well-being initiatives
The foundation distributed food to nearly 1.5 lakh underprivileged people across 8 cities in 4 states during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020.

The foundation also raised and donated Rs. 51 lakh to support the martyred families of the ghastly terrorist attack on security forces in Pulwama in 2019.

Aaaensa Global LLP donated Rs. 1.25 crore towards the relief fund to help draught-affected farmers during the unfortunate draught situation in Maharashtra in 2019.
Healthcare initiatives

Healthcare initiatives are integral to SGG’s CSR as they reflect a deep commitment to community well-being. The ‘no profit, no loss’ Acharya Shri Tulsi Blood Bank is recognised as one of the top three blood banks in India for its exceptional quality of equipment, infrastructure, and care.

Mr Rathod’s philanthropic spirit has influenced the entire organisation. During the challenging 2019 Kolhapur floods, we offered shelter, food, medical aid, transportation, and essential facilities to thousands of citizens in need.

The Aaaensa Global LLP has installed 10 bio-toilets in rural villages near Kolhapur, with 6 in Kondigre village and 4 in Danoli village. Additionally, we’ve provided Swastha Sanitization Spray to nearby areas, significantly reducing microorganisms on surfaces to a safe level of 99.99%.

A healthy community is a resilient community and SGG recognises that. Investing in healthcare is a significant step towards uplifting society, fostering smiles, and building a sustainable future for all.
Learning for all

Safeguarding mother earth

SGG believes preserving nature is crucial because it ensures a healthy and sustainable environment for everyone. The Group’s effort to increase the green cover led to the planting of 300,000 trees in 2010 alone, with the number increasing each year. Whether big or small, the Group consistently fulfils its social responsibility. To date, it has planted over 250,000 trees in Maharashtra and Karnataka. Rainwater harvesting means collecting and storing rain for later use instead of letting it wash away. We gather rainwater from roofs and direct it to a pit or borehole, creating a reservoir. This collected water is treated and used for gardens, at home, and even for drinking.

Disaster response

SGG recognises the importance of standing by communities during challenging times. The aim is to provide immediate aid, support, and resources to those affected by disasters, contributing to a swift recovery and helping people regain normalcy in their lives.

The coordinating team, led by Mr Suresh Rathod, provided vital relief materials like free food, shelter, medical help, ambulance services, clean water and clothes.

Including disaster response in CSR aligns with SGG’s values of empathy, compassion, and being a responsible corporate citizen, showcasing a dedication to the broader welfare of communities beyond mere regular business endeavours.
